I was surprised by how quickly my prints arrived, way sooner than I expected. That part was great. I’m still a little mixed on the overall experience, but the fast shipping definitely stood out.

"Super easy and hassle-free"
I ordered some prints from Social Print Studio it was really simple from start to finish. Uploading my photos was easy, checkout didn’t take long, and I liked being able to preview everything before I paid. The confirmation email came through right away too. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d definitely recommend giving them a try.

The prints came out really nice and the quality is solid, I’ll give them that. Just feels like they know it too, because the price is a bit higher than I expected.
"Really good packaging"
My prints arrived in perfect shape. The packaging was simple, but it did exactly what it needed to do and kept everything protected. No bent corners, no weird marks, nothing. I was a little nervous about shipping, but it turned out totally fine. Really happy with how useful and sturdy the packaging was.

"Nice prints, just wish the colors matched a little better"
I ordered a handful of photo prints from socialprintstudio.com, i’m mostly happy with how they turned out. The paper feels sturdy and not flimsy, and the images themselves were crisp and clean.
The only thing I kind of regret not planning for is that a few of the colors printed a bit darker than they looked on my phone. It didn’t ruin the photos or anything, but I did notice it on a couple of them.
I’d still give them 4 stars because the quality is good and I’d probably order again. I just wish I had known the colors might come out slightly deeper, or that the match had been a little closer.

The prints looked decent overall, but I felt a little misled. The colors were close, but they came out a bit darker than what I saw on my screen, so it wasn’t quite what I thought I was getting.

"App’s alright, but the site feels kinda clunky"
The app works fine overall, but using the site wasn’t the smoothest. Checkout and uploads were kinda slow for me, which made the whole experience feel a bit clunky.

"Horrible communication"
This is the second year in a row I’ve ordered the yearly calendar. I paid $76 plus shipping, and the product photos clearly show the calendar with a stand. What arrived? No stand.
I emailed customer service for over a week, and every response made the situation more frustrating, not less. Instead of simply sending the missing stand, I was told I could place another order and they’d discount it. Make another order? I already paid $76.
To make it worse, the same calendar is now selling for $60, with an additional 10% discount available. And after all that back-and-forth, I was finally told the bamboo stand alone costs $54. That’s absurd.
All I wanted was the stand that was clearly advertised. Instead, I got poor communication, zero accountability, and a resolution that made no sense. After two years as a customer, this experience has lost my business permanently.

The photos turned out nice overall, and the colors were close to what I was expecting (which is always a relief when ordering prints online). They looked clean and nothing seemed off with the image quality.
The packaging was fine and nothing arrived damaged, but the paper itself felt thinner than I thought it would for the price. I just wish it had a sturdier, more premium feel (especially if you’re planning to frame or gift them). Not a bad order, just not something that really wowed me.

I had a small issue with my order, and support got back to me quickly. It did take one extra email to get everything sorted out, but they were actually really nice and helpful about it.

"Tons of print choices"
There were so many print options to choose from, like different styles, sizes, layouts, and finishes, and I was able to find what I needed really quickly. I didn’t have to dig around forever or compare a million confusing things, which was nice. Whether you need something simple, something a little more polished, or just a quick everyday print, there’s a lot there to pick from.
